We have renovated a handpicked selection of properties across the Estate, aiming to design holiday cottages that are beautiful and special to stay in, but also homely, cosy and relaxing.
Our aim is to offer the comfort and luxury you would expect from a boutique-hotel with the peace and privacy you get from having your own house to stay in.
APPLE LOFT

Apple Loft is a historic Estate cottage that has recently been extended and fully renovated. The quality of the interior finishings is excellent and the house is a fantastic space for a rural escape with family or friends.
With six en-suite bedrooms and a triple bunk room, the house sleeps 13 in comfort, and the open plan living, kitchen, dining room opens onto south-facing terrace, garden and orchards.
ATHERSTONE FARM COTTAGE

Atherstone Farm Cottage is a cosy, grade II listed thatched farmhouse. Its rural location and carefully restored interiors make it a great countryside bolt-hole.
Both bedrooms are en-suites, one with a roll-top bath, the other with a walk-in wetroom. The house also has a modern kitchen, wood-burning stove, and a large stone floored dining / living room.

Atherstone Farmhouse is a recently modernised four bedroom farmhouse that still retains many historic features; it’s a charming and comfortable base for exploring the local Somerset countryside.
It has four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, one of which is on the ground floor, and another with a bunk bed as well as two singles. The house also has a modern eat-in kitchen and a large sitting room.

The Farmhouse and Cottage at Atherstone can be rented together as one property for larger groups (and we can open an interconnecting corridor so they are one space). The house sleeps 14 in 6 rooms and has spacious living areas as well as a large garden and plenty of parking.
THE DAIRY HOUSE

The Dairy House is a wonderfully secluded and calming house, nestled in the parklands that surround Dillington House. It has two large en-suites and two further bedrooms in the main house and three further bedrooms (one en-suite) in the cowshed, which is a separate barn conversion a few paces from the main house.
There is a modern open plan kitchen / sitting room with a huge old fireplace, a beautiful new conservatory dining room, a separate TV snug room and a large, beautiful garden.
LITTLE BANK

Little Bank was historically the office and “bank” for the Estate’s cash and monthly wages. The house has now been transformed and sensitively renovated to a very high standard. The house features four en-suite bedrooms, all beautifully designed and furnished, and a loft-style, open-plan kitchen and dining room which opens out through bi-fold doors onto the rear terrace and floral garden.

Orchard Cottage is a delightful thatched, stone cottage situated on the private drive to Dillington House. It has three main rooms, each with their own bathroom, and a further children’s bedroom that’s accessed through the master bedroom. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and suitable for those who find it hard to navigate stairs. There is plenty of space downstairs and a wonderful, secure, garden.
