DILLINGTON ESTATE OFFICES
There are two business parks on the Estate, one at Eaglewood and the other at Ashwell. We also have several other commercial office and workshop spaces around the Estate.
Both of the business parks have been converted from old stone farm courtyards to create high quality office units that have everything you would expect in a modern office – with air conditioning, fast fibre-optic broadband, modern kitchen and toilet facilities – but in a rural setting which creates a sense of space and calm for our tenants, their employees and their visitors.
The Estate is in close proximity to the A303 and junction 25 (Taunton) of the M5.
